02Using the website
- Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses or overload it.

03Project enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Estimates and proposals we provide are indicative until a written agreement is signed. We may decline an enquiry, and you are free to decline a proposal.
04Software development work
When we agree to build software for you, the work is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, timelines, acceptance, support and who owns what. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to that work.
05Industry Project Program
The Industry Project Program has its own requirements, set out on the program pages and in the Refund Policy. In summary: participants complete a challenge, submit it for technical evaluation and, if the requirements are met, receive a certificate. Outstanding participants may be considered for relevant internship, freelance or employment opportunities at Gradmarc, subject to available openings and selection. This is not a promise of any role.
06Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to Gradmarc or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as the law allows.
Ownership of, and licences to, work that participants submit in the Industry Project Program: [PLACEHOLDER: ownership of and licence to participant submissions, to be decided]. Ownership of software built for clients is set out in the relevant agreement.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as code hosting or payment providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.
08Payments
Program fees are shown in Indian rupees on the relevant plan page. Payment processing, taxes and invoices: [PLACEHOLDER: payment processor, taxes and invoicing details]. Fees for software development work are set out in the project agreement.
09No warranty
The website and the information on it are provided as they are. Content such as articles and examples is general information, not professional advice for your situation. Where the site shows demo content during development, it is marked as such.
