This policy applies to fees paid for the Gradmarc Industry Project Program. It does not apply to software development work for clients, which is covered by the project agreement for that work.

01What this policy covers

This policy covers the participant fees for the 4-week Foundation Challenge, the 6-week Professional Challenge and the 8-week Advanced Challenge.

It does not cover websites, applications, mobile apps, AI systems or consulting delivered to clients. Payments, changes and refunds for that work are set out in the written agreement for each project.

02Program fees

03When a participant is refund-eligible

A participant is refund-eligible after completing the full challenge. That means submitting the work on GitHub, deploying it live, providing documentation and passing the technical evaluation, after which the certificate is issued.

04When a refund is not available

07Refunds and hiring consideration

Refund eligibility is separate from hiring consideration. Outstanding participants may be considered for relevant internship, freelance or employment opportunities at Gradmarc, subject to available openings and selection. Neither refund eligibility nor a certificate is a promise of a role.
