Refund Policy

Gradmarc AdTech LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to a fair, transparent, and client-friendly refund policy for our services, including website development, mobile applications, AI automation solutions, software consulting, and digital services.

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment has been made, but the project has not yet been initiated or any work has commenced
  • Duplicate or excess payment was made in error
  • Service was cancelled by the client before any project kick-off, scoping, or deliverable creation began

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has been completed and delivered (fully or partially) as per agreed milestones
  • Milestone payments for work already performed or deliverables already approved
  • Custom development, AI automation solutions, consulting services, or any creative/digital work once production has started
  • Project delays, scope changes, or issues caused by client-side dependencies (e.g., late content, feedback, approvals, or assets)
  • Change of mind after project commencement or after receiving initial deliverables

Refund Request & Processing

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to operations@gradmarc.com within 7 calendar days of the original payment date
  • The request should include: payment reference/transaction ID, date of payment, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation
  • We will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method (subject to processing fees, if any, charged by the payment gateway)
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment; any currency conversion losses or bank charges are non-reimbursable

Disputes & Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns or disputes related to payments or services. Please contact us at the email above before escalating the matter.

In the unlikely event that a mutual resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
